Meet Patrol Captain Ray Haynes

Ray Haynes - Patrol Captain

Captain Haynes began his law enforcement career in Corrections in 2004, upon graduating from Sequoyah High School. From that position he was promoted to Corrections Corporal and Sergeant. He attended the Cleveland Sate Police Academy and became a Patrol Officer in 2007, and has served as Patrol Corporal and Sergeant prior to his new position. Ray Haynes was promoted to Patrol Captain of Monroe County Sheriff’s Office on April 1, 2023.
