Evidence retrieval of personal property from the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office is available during normal business hours-by appointment only.

All evidence retrieval requires a current, valid ID.  Some evidence retrieval will require a court order - the detective will advise if a court order is necessary when you schedule an appointment.

 

Evidence retrieval of ALL firearms will require a new background check.  The completed background check will be performed by a detective prior to your appointment.
