Sheriff Tommy Jones welcomed hundreds of area residents to the Sheriff's Office first annual Community Fun Day on Saturday, July 30th, at the Justice Center in Madisonville. "The purpose of this event was to foster a lasting bond between law enforcement and our youth," said Sheriff Jones. "We were delighted with the turnout, welcoming families from all around the county."
The outdoor event included activities such as water slide, bounce house, corn hole, face painting, and checkers. Food and snacks included snow cones, pizza, hot dogs and ice cream.
"Thanks to all who helped support this event and contribute to its success," added Jones.
